Elves Falath Pro 2022, Mathias' build

The same Elves Falath Pro frame as mine, but in teal. Mathias and I built it together, and he has already ridden it.

Mathias' bike

Mathias and I chose the same Elves Falath Pro 2022 package at the same time. It has the aero frame, 50 mm carbon wheels, aero handlebars and aero seatpost, and a custom paint job in teal. The full story of why we went for Elves is on my build page.

Like mine, his bike has the Shimano Ultegra Di2 12-speed groupset and Pirelli P Zero Race TLR tyres.

Build notes

We had the advantage of semi-wireless shifting. The only cables at the shifters are the brake cables, which helped a lot.

The wheels are light and beautiful, but the rear hub is very noisy. Some special grease from DT Swiss in the ratchet helped a little. The handlebars are sleek and good looking too.

Mathias has done a few rides on his and loves how it handles. The frame, wheel and handlebar bundle is fantastic value for the money, and it has the quality of much more expensive brands. Ride on!
